 
The following requirements must be met in order to participate in the
Grow Grafton program. Please contact the City of Grafton Economic
Development Office to confirm any modifications to this list.

For construction with building permits issued after April 1, 2006. |
| Description |
Grant of twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars to any household that
buys or builds a newly constructed single family home, townhouse, or
condo in Grafton for use as their principal residence.
OR
Grant of ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars to any household that relocates
an existing single family home into Grafton,that is currently not within
the city limits, for use as their principal residence. |
| Eligible Applicants |
All households (Grafton and non-Grafton residents) that do not currently
have an outstanding housing loan with the City of Grafton. |
| Qualifications |
No limit on the price of the new home, townhouse or condo. |
| Income Limits |
No household income limits. |
| Disbursements |
Disbursements will be made on a reimbursement basis for house relocations
after all applicable building codes have been satisfied. For new construction,
funds will be disbursed at the closing of the principal mortgage or at the
time of the final payment to the contractor if financing is not anticipated
and after all applicable building codes have been satisfied. |

1.) A completed loan application from the City of Grafton Economic Development Office.
2.) Purchase Agreement for a new home, townhouse or condo OR an Agreement with a contractor to build a new home, townhouse or condo OR contract to move an existing home.
3.) Loan approval documentation, if applicable. |
